DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Disclaimer
To secure a date and time,
a non- refundable deposit
in the amount of $200 is required.
The remaining balance is due 10 business days before the event date.
If the full balance has been paid in advance, and a cancellation is made, a refund of the total amount paid, minus the $200 non-refundable deposit,
will be made to the customer if the notification of cancellation is made at least 10 business days before the scheduled event date.

MINIMUM HOUR
For Event
A minimum rental time of 2 hours is required.
SPACE
for 360 Photo Booth Platform
A minimum of a 10 x 10 feet available space is needed.
POWER
for EQUIPMENT
We require access to a power outlet. The power outlet must be within 50 feet of the setup area. The power outlet must be 110V. The power outlet must be a 3 prong outlet.
TIME
to set up at VENUE
We need access to the venue or the site location 1-2 hours prior to event start time.
Did You Know
With a strong cellular signal, event guests can access individual 360 videos within 20 seconds.

Text messages, QR Code, Email, or AirDrop
360 Digital Overlays are included in the service bookings. There are 20 templates to chose from. We will customize the selected template (from the collection).
$25 set up fee for an original overlay with 3 edits during design set up.
Guests can opt to share their 360 video to social media with a song using the platform built-in app tools available on Instagram and TicTok.
